Cheesecake Factory

Let's Eat by Kitty Kaufman

If it's girls night out and everyone wants something different, or you're all starving and can't agree where to go or you've been shopping and need a break, the Cheesecake's for you. The hundred-page menu says it all. Everything from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, vegetarian, low-cal, high cal and of course, cheesecake.

These guys are out to make your meal just the way you want it. No eggs, no problem. Hold the nuts, they do it. Split the check four ways, of course. Pack this up to go, it's a deal.

Quiet dinner for two? Not really. The place is hopping whether it's Boston, San Diego, LA or Providence. A party atmosphere all day, every day. They sing too if someone says it's their birthday and I think there is cake.

The cheesecake, all umteen varieties but especially New York style (sans whipped cream, chocolate, cherries, berries and nuts), the cheesecake is very good for them's not into calories. Lucky dogs, you. You can have your cake and eat it too.

When Cheesecake Factory decides to go into the hotel business, they're set because. . . they're so accommodating. Even on Friday and Saturday nights when the wait is 30 minutes.
