For breakfast have fresh fruit, tofu sausage and omelets: Mediterranean, portabello, and then there's the green giant with spinach, peppers and onion if you're that tough before lunch. You'll also find multi-grain pancakes, huevos rancheros and an early bird egg special before ten for .
You can order fresh juice concoctions: "bee strong," immunity booster, cold fighter, wheat grass shots, and something called "creative" with pineapple, pear, wheatgrass and mint. (If only it were that easy).

On a Friday lunch, service is prompt. Blue Shirt is vegetarian-friendly with 12 wraps/salad bowls. Read the giant blackboard overhead, grab a juice and wait for them to call your name.
